Hello! I have been collecting toy tractors and equipment for over 40 years. I am in the process of selling my collection. Being an ex-John Deere dealer and the dealership contact person ordering, then inventorying toys, I got the chance for some awesome purchases. Some of the items in my collection were only offered to dealers. All of my collection (except for one) is the Ertl USA toys. Most of the toys are first run, new product toy introduction. In today's world you may never know if it's reproduced. Example: you will run across a John Deere 4020... yup, it's a first run tractor, going on 50 years old. Most of my collection is authenticated with documentation. Pricing is on the purchasing guide. I spent several hours compiling and market price comparisons. Spending hours on the internet sourcing out information. In some cases it's like the toy never existed ( John Deere 8760 1/10 Collector Edition Serial Number Plate #1986 Cast on the tractor) but i have it. Another one is a John Deere 5400 Tractor Limited Edition Spirit Tractor Replica. All my internet searching, I did achieve to find one and my plan is to sell it all as a collection. Even if I have to take a loss it's worth it to have this collection stay together. Now what you do with it is up to you. Packaging, plus shipping, creates an added cost purchasing a toy one at a time. Hope you enjoy taking a trip down memory lane. I bet some of you drove or even owned the real tractor / equipment at one time.
