Finding the right financing partner to meet our high expectations and the diverse needs of our customers was a daunting task.
Our first mission was simple: Find a financing partner capable of meeting the many different requirements of NORTEC Financial Services and our customers.
NORTEC serves a highly diversified customer base, including farmers, landscapers, contractors, governmental agencies, equipment rental businesses, and more.
Recognizing these diverse needs, we invested considerable time and effort developing a detailed questionnaire outlining our expectations and requirements.
We approached several financing companies during our evaluation process. Quite simply, most could not meet many of the expectations we had established.
We weren't looking for just another financing company, we were looking for a Partner.

NORTEC's owner, Dennis, brings a lifetime of experience and a diverse background in the equipment industry.
Throughout his career, Dennis has owned and operated several John Deere dealerships, a Kubota dealership, and a landscaping company. His entrepreneurial journey eventually led him into equipment manufacturing, and that is where the NORTEC manufacturing company was born.
This extensive, hands-on experience has given Dennis a unique understanding of the equipment industry—from the manufacturer's perspective to the dealer's showroom and, most importantly, the customer's needs.
Our vision is simple: Use decades of industry experience to provide innovative equipment solutions, exceptional customer service, and practical opportunities that help our customers and their businesses succeed.
