What is a Rotary Broom:
A rotary is a method of mechanically moving material. A circleular broom is mounting in frame work and power by some source of exterior power. As the broom rotates it will fling or move the material forward. Nortec Clean Sweep Broom is designed for the sweeping and removal of snow, leaves, dirt, light gravel, and other materials from parking lots, sidewalks, and other surfaces. Heavy duty nylon bristles make short work of any clean up job without damaging the surface below.

What's the Problem:

If your power unit has a universal skid steer mounting, take a look at this blade. Traction control system is simple but effective. Just remove the adjusting bar or hydraulic cylinder and let the blade float. Thanks to the side to side tabs designed into the blade, tabs / stopper brackets prevents the blade from drooping down . Now what happens , when you do encounter uneven terrain the blade will float side to side - up and down preventing side pulling. Simple but effective design cuts down on the power unit breaking traction. Another plus, better steering and control. Reports from customers claim this design increases their efficiencies by 50% or more.
Characteristics of the U-Blade is the cupped wings
One of the characteristics of the U-Blade is the cupped wings. While grading, the angle can be changed from full width cutting to step cutting. In step cutting, the cutter edge is not making a full depth soil contact and a slant cut is achieved. Moldboard side pull is kept to a minimum.
One performance feature is the 17-inch blade ground clearance. Blade lift is important for material pile stacking, material push back, rough terrain transport/operation, or trailer loading just to name a few. Removing the tilt bar puts the blade into the flex & float position. With Flex & Float, the ends of the moldboard will float up or down as grading conditions change. There's a built in tab to prevent the blade from going over center. Without this feature, the moldboard ends will gouge into the surface when in the angled position, either stopping or side pulling the power unit. Flex & Float reduces side pulling dramatically. NORTEC HT100 Series 3-Point Hitch
The 3-point linkage has become the key design feature of tractors and has enabled tractors worldwide to carry a vast array of implements with improved safety and traction. With the Nortec 3-point hitch attachment, you can now operate standard 3-point non-power tractor attachments on your power unit in need of a 3-point hitch system.
The three-point hitch is made up of several components working together. These include the tractor's hydraulic system, attaching points, the lifting arms, and stabilizers. Three-point hitches are composed of three movable arms. The two outer arms - the hitch lifting arms - are controlled by the hydraulic system, and provide lifting, lowering, and even tilting to the arms. The center arm - called the top link - is movable, but is usually not powered by the ST-50 hydraulic system. Each arm has an attachment device to connect implements to the hitch. Each hitch has attachment holes for attaching implements, and the implement has posts that fit through the holes. The implement is secured by placing a pin on the ends of the posts. The hitch lifting arms are powered by the tractor's own hydraulic system. The hydraulic system is controlled by the operator, and usually a variety of settings are available.
Off your 3-point hitch you may attach and operate attachments such as a rear blade, box scraper, disk, ripper - just to name a few. Most non-powered compact utility tractor implements may be operated with the power unit, making your machine more versatile in many applications. Also, your machine can and will go into areas a wheel machine just can't.

A pallet sometimes inaccurately called a skid (a skid has no bottom deck boards), is a flat transport structure that supports goods in a stable fashion while being lifted by a forklift, pallet jack, front loader, work saver or other jacking device. A pallet is
the structural foundation of a unit load which allows handling and storage efficiencies. Goods or shipping containers are often placed on a pallet secured with strapping, stretch wrap or shrink wrap and shipped.

Cargo-worthy containers meet NORTEC's high standards designed in structural integrity to be used in shipping overseas. If you are using the container for export, this is the minimum level you will need.
Pallets make it easier to move heavy stacks. Loads with pallets under them can be hauled by forklift trucks of different sizes, or even by hand-pumped and hand-drawn pallet jacks. Pallet standards (the europallet and the U.S. Military 35 in × 45.5 in or 889 mm × 1,156 mm) are designed to pass through standard doorways. Organizations using standard pallets for loading and unloading can have much lower costs for handling and storage, with faster material movement than businesses that do not. The lack of a single international standard for pallets causes substantial continuing expense in international trade. A single standard is difficult because of the wide variety of needs a standard pallet would have to satisfy: passing doorways, fitting in standard containers, and bringing low labor costs. For example, organizations already handling large pallets often see no reason to pay the higher handling cost of using smaller pallets that can fit through doors.
Every pallet that is built could potentially be used and used again until such a time when it will need to be replaced. In the UK, government legislation relating to the Waste Framework Directive requires the reuse of packaging items above recycling and disposal. If a pallet can be environmentally and economically recovered and reused then you will not only reduce your carbon footprint but could also save money on your packaging costs.
The cheapest pallets are made of softwood and are often considered expendable, to be discarded as trash along. Slightly more complex and costlier hardwood block pallets, plastic pallets can be lifted from all four sides. Steel pallets are strong and are used for heavy loads, high-stacking loads and loads moved by abusive logistic systems. These, steel pallets offers excellent durability at the lowest cost. Long term costs, however, can be lower than wood. General advantages of metal pallets are high strength and stiffness, excellent durability, bug free, no splinters, sanitary, and recyclable. Metal units today are increasingly price competitive and lighter in weight.
BUG FREE Wooden pallets should not be used for export unless it has been determined that the wood in these pallets has been treated with wood preservatives, fungicides and/or pesticides. Various pyrethrins and propiconazole are common treatments for wooden pallets. In addition, imported palletized goods are routinely fumigated with highly toxic pesticides. During use, harmful materials or chemicals also may spill on the pallet wood and be absorbed. Wood pallets used to transport food can possibly harbor pathogens such as E. coli and Listeria. A release by the National Consumers League announced the testing of 70 wood pallets and 70 plastic pallets that have been loaded with perishable products and shipped to an end user was shipped overnight to an independent microbiology lab for testing. The results came back with 10 percent of the wood pallets positive for E. coli and 1.4 percent positive on the plastic pallets.
Both wood and plastic pallets are possible fire hazards.
